Volunteer Policy
All Managers, Head coaches, Assistant coaches, HCSP and other volunteer personnel must submit a Criminal Record Check to our 1st VP before participation in any practices or games at the beginning of each season. It is Port Coquitlam Minor hockey’s mandate that the Criminal Record Check to be updated every two years. We will inform you if you need to update your CRC.

In addition, Respect in Sport for Hockey Canada Activity Leaders , Concussion Awareness Training Tool, HCSP (for team safety staff) is required.
TEAM OFFICIALS AND REQUIREMENTS
There are four positions on the team that are considered Team Officials: Head Coach, any Assistant Coaches, the Manager and the HCSP (Hockey Canada Safety Person). The following table outlines the courses that these Team Officials must complete and by what deadline.
